HOW IT ALL WORKS
The Prenatal Basics + Beyond Series is a self-led program. You can go at your own pace and start at any time!
Set a realistic goal for yourself, and carve out some alone time so you can focus on moving a few times a week. 3x a week is ideal, but if it’s not feasible, just start once a week and build from there.
You’ll have access to 6 progressive videos + 6 Spotify playlists for the next 6 months. Start with VIDEO 1 to learn the fundamentals, and once you feel you’ve got a solid understanding of the concepts then it’s time to move onto the next video.
Each video will build upon what you’ve already learned with opportunities to slow things down, or progress, depending on where you’re at. Most participants spend 1-3 weeks on each video, and complete the series over the course of 2-3 months. Do the videos as many times as you like, as often as you like.
Need help? Check in. You have unlimited email support, and you can use your complimentary 15 min virtual session to trouble shoot, get specific modifications or adjust your form if you need help along the way.
