What’s Included

We’ve recorded 11 instructional + 3 supplementary videos to walk you through every step of your postpartum healing. Best part? There is no expiry, and no rush to complete the videos. Go at your own pace, and come back to the videos as often as you’d like.
PERILUNE can be done in the comfort of your own home, on your own time. You’ll need:
A Yoga mat (thicker is better)
Theraband, or resistance band, in light to medium tension
Small inflatable pilates ball (8-10” in size)
Foam roller (softer is better)
