PERILUNE can be done in the comfort of your own home, on your own time. You’ll need:

  • A Yoga mat (thicker is better)

  • Theraband, or resistance band, in light to medium tension

  • Small inflatable pilates ball (8-10” in size)

  • Foam roller (softer is better)
