PRIVATE SESSIONS
All sessions are one-on-one at the MAMA METHOD studio in North Burnaby, utilizing the Pilates Reformer + Tower equipment.
FIRST VISIT
Brand new to the studio? All new clients start with a 60min Introductory Session.
During this session, we will:
Go over your intake form
Discuss any questions or concerns you might have
Complete a full body assessment
Set some realistic goals, then dive right in to a movement session
STUDIO HOURS
Sessions are available Tuesday through Friday, with the studio closed on weekends and Mondays

Tuesdays: 10am-5pm
Wednesdays: 12pm-6pm
Thursdays: 9:30am-5pm
Fridays: 7:30am-2:30pm
Please note Jen's schedule books up months in advance, however, there are always spots that open week to week. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, Email Jen with your ideal days and times and you’ll be notified when a spot comes available. We’ll make it happen!
