What are Hypopressives?

Hypopressive exercise is a series of postures performed with a specific breathing technique to help reprogram the inner core system (pelvic floor, diaphragm, transverse abdominals and multifidi muscles) and improve posture, pelvic health and general well-being.

This progressive 5 week series will introduce you to the basics of Hypopressive exercise so you can learn how to practice it at home. 

This class is ideal for anyone wanting to:

  • Improve overall posture and alignment.

  • Reduce tension in the body.

  • Condition the deep core and pelvic floor.

  • Manage pelvic organ prolapse symptoms.

This progressive, 5 week series starts WED, OCT 6 and runs each Wed from 6-7pm at MAMA METHOD studio in Burnaby.

*Please note that vaccine passports will be required to attend this small group class. Masks will be mandatory, and space is limited to ensure social distancing.
